What We Offer
Our classes offer a one-to-one weigh in (optional), a short motivational talk and then a 45 minute fat burning session. We do varying aerobics sections followed by a toning and cool down section.
Our Fitness Pilates sessions will help you to tone, increase flexibility and core strength. Incorporated with a healthy diet and regular cardio exercise this is definitely one of our favourite classes.
We always incorporate HiiT sessions (interval training), which is a guaranteed fat burner and a fantastic way of getting fit in a short period of time. This session is just 30 minutes long so perfect for those who are limited for time.
