WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

What We Offer

Our classes offer a one-to-one weigh in (optional), a short motivational talk and then a 45 minute fat burning session. We do varying aerobics sections followed by a toning and cool down section.

Our Fitness Pilates sessions will help you to tone, increase flexibility and core strength. Incorporated with a healthy diet and regular cardio exercise this is definitely one of our favourite classes.

We always incorporate HiiT sessions (interval training), which is a guaranteed fat burner and a fantastic way of getting fit in a short period of time. This session is just 30 minutes long so perfect for those who are limited for time.

Julie helped me lose 4 1/2 stone!! She was always encouraging and I now enjoy exercising.
Even if I feel tired I still go to Julie’s class. By the time I leave I feel full of energy having really enjoyed myself!

Three years ago, I joined Julie's class for the exercise sessions but decided to sign up for the weight loss side of it too. In the queue, I asked the lady in front of me what she thought of Julie and the classes. She said "it has been life-changing!". I thought that was a bit over the top - but I went on to lose nearly two stone in less than a year and haven't looked back. Julie has a really good way of encouraging and supporting you. I think she was more excited than I was when I hit my first stone target! There is always lots of laughter in her exercise classes, as well as hard work.
Since coming to Julie's classes, I have lost two stone, dropped two dress sizes, and feel much better. She goes to a lot of trouble to think of fun ways to exercise, and she is always supportive and understanding. She is so cheerful and bubbly that you can't help but enjoy the sessions. She is a real tonic!!
